How to read a Ledger entry
We cite the agency, the filing date, and the action deadline in every row. We do not reproduce full statutory text; we link to official portals where possible. Entries marked "observation window" mean written submissions are accepted until the stated date. Entries marked "advisory" mean no response is required but behaviour may need to change.

Correction policy for Ledger rows
Material errors in Ledger entries are corrected inline with a visible note: "Updated [date/time SGT]: [description]." If an agency revises a deadline after publication, we update the row and note the change. Email [email protected] with the filing reference if you believe a row is inaccurate.

Conservation review — Cairnhill shophouse row: The Urban Redevelopment Authority opened a thirty-day observation window on 1 August 2026 for proposed facade guidelines on a four-unit pre-war row. Written submissions close 31 August. Owners and tenants within 200 metres may attend a briefing on 19 August at the URA Centre.
Night-bus matrix — Orchard corridor: Land Transport Authority filing dated 5 August adjusts services NR1 and NR6 from 1 September. Last-bus times shift fifteen minutes earlier on weekdays; Sunday frequency increases to twenty-minute intervals. Printed timetables at affected stops will update by 28 August.
Dengue cluster advisory: National Environment Agency circular of 8 August lists elevated case counts in postcodes 238801, 238802, and 238803. Inspection teams will visit premises within the cluster boundary through 31 August. Residents should check for stagnant water in planter bases and roof gutters.

We distinguish confirmed, pending, and estimated information with plain labels — not hedging adverbs stacked three deep.
