Enter via the main shophouse stair. The desk is on the second storey. The building has no lift; please contact us in advance if you require step-free access and we will arrange a ground-floor meeting where possible.
Nearest MRT: Somerset (NS23) — approximately eight minutes on foot via Orchard Road and Emerald Hill Road. Bus services along Orchard Road stop within five minutes' walk. We do not operate a reception phone tree; calls to +65 6237 5294 reach the editorial desk during hours listed above.
For tips and corrections, email is often faster than a visit — attach documents or photographs if you have them. For privacy requests under the PDPA, use [email protected] with the subject line "PDPA Request." We read all correspondence; we reply when we can be useful.
